Working closely with teams across the organisation, youll lead initiatives that improve how we operate, communicate, and deliver care. From facilitating workshops and mapping workflows to designing dashboards and guiding change, youll be at the heart of projects that make a real difference. Youll help us understand whats working, whats not, and whats possible, always keeping things grounded in real life and focused on better outcomes for our people and our community. The role is offered on a Permanent Full Time basis and may be based either at our Brisbane (North Lakes) office or Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) office with flexibility for hybrid office and work from home arrangements. Youre someone who brings clarity to complexity and knows that good change starts with good communication. Wed love to hear from you if you: Have a qualification in business, technology, or a related field, and proven experience in business analysis and assisting an organisation to understand technology needs. Are confident eliciting information, leading workshops, mapping processes, crafting solutions, performing user acceptance testing, and supporting change initiatives. Know your way around data, from Excel and SQL to dashboards and data warehouses, and are adaptable to adopt our frameworks, templates and systems. Bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making and excellent vendor management skills. Are a fast learner and can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for all kinds of stakeholders and are ready to help Suncare keep improving how we work for the benefit of the people we support. Hold a current National Coordinated Criminal History Check (or are willing to obtain one) and willing to undertake occasional travel between our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast offices.
