A well-established landscape construction group is seeking enthusiastic and capable Site Managers to join its growing team. With projects spanning educational facilities across Brisbane and the greater region, these site-based roles offer the opportunity to be part of a respected, long-standing organisation delivering award-winning outdoor environments.About the RoleYou will work closely with a supportive site team in a handson capacity, overseeing the construction of highquality landscape projects. Daily responsibilities include:Leading and working alongside the site team on the construction of adventure playgrounds, creek beds, timber and metal structures, concrete works, softscape installation, and retaining walls (sandstone, timber, concrete sleepers)Operating vehicles and earthmoving machineryReading plans and setting out heights and levels with accuracySupporting site safety processes and documentationAssisting Project Managers with materials and labour schedulingManaging and coordinating subcontractors, including schedulingFacilitating smooth flow of documentation between site and officeContributing practical labour as required this is a handson roleRepresenting the company professionally when clients visit siteBringing a positive, cando attitude to the team each daySkills & ExperienceMinimum 3years experience in landscape construction or similarStrong construction and horticultural knowledgeSkid steer, excavator and MR licence (required)Experienced operator capabilities, particularly detailed excavation and sandstone block wallsCarpentry and chainsaw skills (advantageous)Confidence with trade mathematicsProven ability to work autonomously and within a teamExcellent communication skillsReliability, honesty, and a solutionsfocused mindsetPatience, good humour, punctuality, and genuine commitment to quality workWhy Join This Team?Work with an experienced group with over 50years in the industrySupportive, familyoriented cultureManagement team that genuinely values and supports its staffOpportunities for professional development and career progressionBe part of delivering recognised, awardwinning projectsApplication QuestionsYour right to work in AustraliaYour years of experience as a site supervisorCarpentry experienceWhether you hold a heavy vehicle licenceWhether you hold a Construction Induction Safety (White Card) #J-18808-Ljbffr
