Residential Site Manager With 40+ years of experience in creating vibrant over-50s lifestyle communities, Living Gems is one of Australias most respected developers in this space. Were now relaunching the brand with three exciting new resorts underway in Townsville, Rockhampton, and Moreton Bay and were looking for a Residential Site Manager to lead our Moreton Bay project in Burpengary East. About the Role Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within 1216 weeks so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential. Youll manage: A large-scale site with years of construction ahead of us Up to 60 homes at different stages of construction Contractors, labourers, and plant operators Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion Site setup, framing, and through to handover depending on your skills Provide regular progress reports Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive. What Youll Need Trade qualification (carpentry preferred) QBCC Supervisor License (desired but not essential we can assist with this subject to conditions) Proven experience in production/volume residential construction Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills WHS knowledge and commitment to safety Aptitude for project management and tech confidence (construction software) A valid drivers licence Proactive, handson approach someone who leads from the front Why Join Living Gems?
