The Role Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure key milestones are hit Joining a team delivering a $90m2-stage apartment development Managing on-site activities and coordinating with subcontractors, stakeholders and colleagues in a professional manner Review project documents including estimates, design drawings, proposals and contracts for management in delivering structural and fit out components of a large development Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1/2 builders in an engineer role (minimum of 5 years) A trade or tertiary qualification in construction Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
