Our focus is to achieve a better future for all employees and clients.The RoleAs either a new graduate or experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients aged between 0-17yrs, in their homes, education setting, the community or our office clinic in Carrum Downs, VIC. with our contracted schools in VictoriaDesigning and implementing therapy plans to assist clients to reach their goals.Receipt of weekly supervision and providing supervision to direct supervisees (for supervisors)Skills and ExperienceCurrent AHPRA registrationStrong evidence of well-developed communication skillsAn ability to work autonomously.Demonstrated interest or experience working in OT PaediatricsWell-developed time management and organisational skillsA desire to learn and commit to regular continuing professional development.A commitment to engagement in quality improvement activitiesAn ability to mentor others and role model quality performancean ability to speak and write in English.Desired (but certainly not essential)Knowledge of the NDISExperience working in the NDISRequirementsAbility to commute to client appointments and the office in Carrum Downs, with own carAbility to communicate in EnglishWorking with Children CheckAHPRA registrationDrivers LicenceWorking rights -
