No weekend work!Hibiscus Noosa Outlook offers a tranquil escape surrounded by native bushland, with beautifully manicured lawns and gardens that create a serene environment for residents.This boutique, peaceful village is the perfect blend of comfort and intimacy, providing sophisticated and welcoming facilities that cater to every need. As a Groundsperson at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance, Gardening and Cleaning activities while providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of community areas, wipe down of benches, appliances, windows and vacuum. Maintaining community gardens, green bins, hedging, pruning and general maintenance. Conduct general maintenance as requested by our residents. About You The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or tradesperson or experience in a similar role, as well as: Be organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks Be computer literate e.g. basic knowledge with Outlook, Apps Understanding of battery-operated tool use including hedger, chain saw, and other hand tools used for general maintenance Current Australian Drivers (C class) A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one) The ability to take initiative and be pro-active The ability to work individually and in a team Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate on-site.
