Stores Coordinator Wilmar Sugar Australia LimitedJoin our Invicta Mill team in the Burdekin Region, where you will support the management of the stores team, safeguard safety and compliance, and optimise inventory activities. Youll work closely with procurement to deliver materials to and from the site, minimising any adverse impact on production, maintenance and capital activities.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a small stores team to achieve business goals related to safety, quality, and customer service, including recruitment, development, and performance management.Coordinate data processing and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.Develop and maintain systems to improve efficiency in stocktaking, logistics, and order management.Identify and report issues that could impact site operations, providing handson support when required.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has a background in SAP and at least four years experience in warehousing. They are selfmotivated, able to work independently, detailoriented, and possess strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
