You will diagnose critical challenges, shape datadriven strategies, drive handson implementation, mentor junior colleagues, act as a trusted advisor to Clevel executives, and contribute to practice development through thought leadership, client relationship building, and new business opportunities.Qualifications10+ years of professional experience.2+ years of consulting experience in a professional services firm environment preferred.Deep expertise in one or more industries/service areas such as Consumer Products and Retail, Restaurants, Hospitality, Travel and Leisure, Mining and Energy, Industrials and Operations, or delivery experience relevant to your industry of expertise.Experience leading and managing complex work streams and projects.High energy, flexible, and adaptive in a fastpaced environment.Strong financial modelling and implementation record.Excellent relationship management with csuite stakeholders.Fluency in English is essential.Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed.Education RequirementsMasters degree and/or an MBA with a strong academic record.A degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering is preferable but not essential.BenefitsAlixPartners offers a comprehensive compensation package and benefits program, including health benefits, timeoff policies, and financial/retirement benefits to support longterm planning and wellbeing.
