Head of People & Culture Operations & Payroll - EVT Head Office Join EVT as the Head of People & Culture Operations & Payroll responsible for Dayforce system implementation, HRIS management, data governance, application development, and leading the People & Culture function across a dynamic portfolio of entertainment, ventures, and travel experiences. About the Role EVT is a leading experience creator with over 140 entertainment venues, 150 awardwinning restaurants and bars, and 80+ hotels. This role focuses on ensuring HR technology, processes, and people excellence to support our business growth. Responsibilities Dayforce/Payroll System Implementation & Management Serve as the Dayforce Systems Owner, overseeing system design, maintenance and continuous improvement aligned with the strategic roadmap. Manage and optimise HRIS systems in collaboration with People & Culture (P&C) and relevant stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration between Dayforce and Rostering systems, maintaining data accuracy and compliance. Uphold data security and integrity across the organisation, including developing policies, processes and procedures. Lead the transition of Dayforce from implementation to Business as Usual (BAU) in partnership with EVT IT, P&C and Learning & Development (L&D) teams. Drive optimisation of Dayforce modules poststabilisation, leveraging full system capabilities to improve operational efficiency. P&C Data Management Lead and manage HR data requirements internationally, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy across national boundaries. Implement best practices for HR data governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies. Support key processes and procedures by ensuring accurate, secure and accessible management information. Application Software Development & Improvement Develop and enhance existing applications by analysing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary modifications. Design and implement new applications to meet business requirements and operational needs. Continuously evaluate and refine system capabilities to align with evolving business needs. Leadership & Direction Communicate the function''s vision, mission and objectives to ensure alignment across teams. Inspire and motivate employees to drive innovation, process efficiency and system adoption. Training, Support & Performance Management Ensure the EVT has robust and responsive systems to support users and optimise system functionality. Partner with the L&D team to identify training needs, develop learning materials and facilitate Dayforce system training for employees and managers. Design and deliver ongoing system training using online and inperson delivery methods, including new feature rollouts, refresher training and onboarding support. Set performance objectives for direct reports, monitor key metrics and take corrective action when necessary to achieve goals. Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing coaching and mentorship to improve system proficiency across EVT. Identify process inefficiencies, suggest and implement system improvements and lead changemanagement efforts to drive innovation.
