Branch Manager (ARC Mackay)As Branch Manager of ARC Mackay, you will take full ownership of the branch''s people, performance, safety and profitability. This handson leadership role balances operational excellence with sales growth, customer engagement and strong financial outcomes. You will lead the branch in line with targets while maintaining a safe, efficient, highperforming operation.Working closely with regional leadership and internal support teams, you are accountable for delivering daily operational outcomes while positioning the branch for sustainable growth across residential, commercial and industrial market segments.This role offers a competitive base salary + TOT package + Remote Living Allowance + Super and company benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a small, highperforming team with a strong safety and customerfirst cultureDrive new sales and customer growth across key market segmentsFull P&L accountability, including cost control, margins, debtors and inventory managementOversee daily production and distribution plans to meet operational targetsChampion safety by leading from the front and ensuring compliance with OHS, environmental and regulatory standardsImplement local business strategies aligned to regional plans and initiativesEmbed systems, processes and training to support efficient, consistent service deliveryBuild strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholdersQualifications & ExperienceDemonstrated experience leading operations within manufacturing, industrial or logistics settings (branch or site leadership experience highly regarded)A strong safetyfirst mindset, with experience in businesses where safety systems, standards and accountability are embeddedSales and customer management experience, or the ability to quickly develop capability in either sales or product knowledgeCommercial acumen with the ability to balance operational performance, people leadership and financial outcomesExperience managing teams in complex, fastpaced environments with competing prioritiesNote: While candidates with direct industrial branch management experience will be highly regarded, this role is best suited to someone whose background reflects strong operational leadership and safety exposure rather than a purely salesfocused or nonindustrial environment.Key Central BenefitsGenerous parental leave: 20 weeks paid primary carer leave and 3 weeks paid partner leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months.
