As Head of Loyalty, youll own the vision and execution of EB Games and Zing Pop Cultures loyalty ecosystem. Youll set the agenda for how we deepen customer relationships, grow lifetime value, and elevate EB World and EB World Plus across every touchpoint. This is about building loyalty into a growth engine, not just maintaining a program. Primary responsibilities include: - Define and deliver the loyalty strategy and longterm roadmap. - Lead the evolution of EB Worlds multitiered program - benefits, rewards, exclusives, gamification. - Build and inspire a highperforming team across CRM, analytics, lifecycle, and campaign execution. - Drive customer acquisition, segmentation, predictive modelling, and lifecycle flows to extend engagement and value. - Champion customercentric propositions grounded in insight and commercial outcomes. - Use data and analytics to measure, optimise, and report on loyalty KPIs. - Partner crossfunctionally to deliver seamless loyalty experiences across digital and instore. - Oversee loyalty operations including reward delivery, compliance, and data integrity. - Manage budgets and vendor relationships to maximise ROI. - Represent loyalty priorities in strategic discussions and integrate them into campaigns and seasonal plans. To be successful in this role you must have: - 5+ years in senior loyalty, CRM, marketing strategy, or customer lifecycle roles. - 2+ years handson experience with Klaviyo. - Proven success designing and scaling loyalty programs with measurable business impact. - Strong analytical ability with segmentation, predictive modelling, and CRM data interpretation. - Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and influence. - Demonstrated team leadership and ability to lead through ambiguity and change. - Deep knowledge of CRM and loyalty platforms, marketing automation, digital analytics, and personalisation techniques. The following would be advantageous (but not required): - Experience with largescale loyalty platforms. - Commercial acumen including P&L impact, budgeting, forecasting, and loyalty economics. - Knowledge of loyalty gamification, behavioural economics, or tiered rewards structures. - Experience in fastpaced, highstakes environments with ability to pivot quickly.
