About the roleAn exciting opportunity has come available to join ARRCS as a Registered Nurse. This role is being recruited for our Hetti Perkins Home for the Aged facility located in Alice Springs Northern Territory.This position is being offered on a permanent fulltime basis and offers an attractive remuneration package including salary packaging and flexible working conditions.Please note: Visa Sponsorship is not available with this role.As an ARRCS Registered Nurse you will provide clinical care to our residents within our facility. You will work across a rotating fortnightly roster which includes both day and night shifts and provide clinical and team leadership supervision and support for less experienced clinicians and support workers to achieve peoplefocused quality care in accordance with the ARRCS mission.This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working and supporting aged care in remote locations. You will have a firm yet caring nature and be a handson person who is always willing to jump in and support the team when required. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience as a skilled Registered Nurse with preference to geriatric or aged care environment.Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCSARRCS are offering an exclusive package for this role to join our team in Alice Springs. Below is what our package includes:Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 $46.20 $48.52 / hour ($91,290 $95,850 PA) gross base hourly $50K bonus.$50,000 (additional $25.30 / hr) PA salary bonus for your first 2 years of employment. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years working as a Registered Nurse within Australia and preferably within Aged Care to qualify for the bonus.Access to full salary sacrifice benefits through CBB Salary Packaging.The ability to have Work Life Balance with flexibility on rostering and working for a family-friendly organisation.Access to a skilled and resourced inhouse Clinical Education team to support you not only on Aged Care legislation but to continue to work with you with personal clinical and professional development.Employment terms under a lucrative enterprise agreement which allows for overtime rates weekend evening shifts public holiday rates and additional allowances.Relocation support of up to $5,000 available on review.QualificationsCurrent unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.Full working rights to work in Australia. This package is not offered on a sponsorship basis.Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Registered Nurse (in addition to graduate placements).
