We are looking for our next Physiotherapist to join the team as we engage in a dynamic year of growth and expansion. About you As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be delivering Physiotherapy services to elderly individuals, those living with disabilities and the general public. Additionally, you''ll leverage your strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and enhance our presence in the community. This role demands a diverse skill set, blending clinical expertise with effective communication abilities. You''ll appreciate the autonomy and flexibility it offers, allowing you to excel in your responsibilities with ease. Qualifications & experience Degree in Physiotherapy AHPRA registration & Professional Insurance Physiotherapy experience (preferably community) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual client needs and environments. Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to clients'' homes in Redlands, Logan, Brisbane, Moreton Bay and surrounding areas as scheduled. Tasks & responsibilities Conduct Physio assessments - Develop & implement treatment plans to address specific needs. Administer a variety of evidence based treatment techniques. Educate clients on proper self-care practices and preventive measures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress. Liaise with members of MDT to ensure exceptional client outcomes and communication.
