Lead daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets Drive a customercentric culture aligned with organisational values and engagement programs Manage scheduling, administrative duties, compliance, and reporting Represent the branch at community events and actively promote client engagement Analyse performance data and maintain data integrity in systems Uphold health and safety standards and participate in risk management Lead change initiatives and ensure team compliance with legislative and organisational policies What do you need?
