CRVCIDRehabilitation inthe Home (RITH) provides short to medium termhospital substitution allied health therapy for patients at home.The service aims to facilitate early supported discharge multidisciplinary Rehabilitation in the Homeservice (RITH).Withsignificant demand on acute community care, we are looking forleaders who can effectively coordinate and implement physiotherapyinterventions to patients using advanced Physiotherapy clinicalpractice skills.This is arecruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time,fixed term full time and fixed term
