About the Role As a Banking Consultant, you are to assess the financial needs of customers and provide options to meet those needs in pursuit of specific sales, service and connected customer targets including addressing customers'' transactional banking needs. Role Location Suncorp Moree Branch, 68 Heber Street, Moree NSW Role Type 12 Months Max Term contract Work Hours Flexible parttime, 30 hours per week Responsibilities Generate opportunities for deposits and home lending using the agreed sales process Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager for initiatives to improve sales performance of the store Assess customer needs through open and targeted communication with customers and recommend appropriate options using the agreed sales process Provide accurate and timely service by processing overthecounter transactions (deposits, withdrawals and transfers) in an efficient and accurate manner Support and educate customers on how to use our digital platforms for personal banking, empowering them to selfserve with online banking features Provide support for digital onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers to make the most of their banking Support and demonstrate a risk management culture in line with Suncorp Bank''s values Proactive identification and escalation of risks and issues related to your role responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
