About The Role As the Property Works Project Officer you will play a key role in delivering small capital works and planned maintenance projects. You will manage contractor engagement procurement and compliance ensuring works meet service levels timelines and quality standards. Success in this role means coordinating projects end-to-end maintaining accurate property and asset records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and efficiency. About You You have experience coordinating building maintenance construction or minor capital works projects. You are confident in managing contractors procurement processes and budget tracking. You are an effective problem-solver able to assess issues identify practical solutions and make sound decisions. You can interpret building plans regulations and codes and apply compliance standards. You have strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to meet deadlines. You demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate systems for property and asset management. You hold qualifications applicable or transferable to this role.
