This position is located in: RTTI - East Perth The HR Advisor plays an important role in supporting the Human Resources function by providing comprehensive advice, guidance, and support to employees and managers across a range of HR matters. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture and supporting the achievement of organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end white collar recruitment processes Australia wide, including posting job ads, scheduling and conducting screening calls and interviews as well as preparing employment contracts. Facilitate onboarding for new employees. Support and conduct workplace investigations into grievances, misconduct, bullying and harassment, or other complaints in accordance with company policies and the principles of procedural fairness. Lead and manage workplace investigations and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policy and employment law. Prepare HR documents such as contracts, change of conditions letters, and termination paperwork. Conduct exit interviews and ensure offboarding processes are actioned. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR databases. Support managers in conducting effective performance management processes, including performance improvement plan''s. Respond to employee queries and provide proactive support to managers on HR-related matters. Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior HR Business Partner. Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR trends to provide up-to-date advice About You Minimum of 5 years experience in a HR/Recruitment specific environment. Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or Management or a similar field OR significant relevant work experience in a relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all level. A high level of attention to detail Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst maintaining attention to detail Experience working in mining, manufacturing or a similar environment.
