Our onsite clinic, gym and therapy areas support effective exercise-based rehabilitation, with private consultation rooms ensuring client privacy. Additionally, our new fullyequipped gym on the first floor offers private memberships for clients to continue their rehab and exercise programmes independently between appointments. About the role. Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Deliver evidencebased therapy for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological and postoperative rehabilitation. Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants, to ensure holistic client care. Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions. Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions. Support communitybased initiatives and health promotion programmes where required. Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures and safety standards. Develop and strengthen client relationships to support longterm health outcomes. Professional development is a priority here, with regular inservices, mentoring from senior physiotherapists, and opportunities for both inhouse and external Pilates training. Acute musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports injuries. Postoperative orthopaedic rehabilitation. Hand therapy and work injuries. NDIS clients, as well as floor and studio Pilates. To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated professional with a strong commitment to providing highquality patient care. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature allow you to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike. You have a solid foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices, with a keen interest in continuing your professional development. Your ability to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions is complemented by your enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
