Procare''s Factual Investigation Division is seeking multiple Factual Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Perth and across WA. As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day. We are keen to hear from anyone seeking full time employment. We are also open to hearing from those working as contracting entities. Responsibilities Attend various locations, predominantly within Perth and a proportion of work across WA Interview appropriate key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence and produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties Prepare and draft factual reports Qualifications Hold a Certificate III in Investigations Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (Agent licence also required for subcontracting work) Have a current and valid driver''s licence and vehicle Experience conducting Workers Compensation or CTP investigations is highly desirable Experience working with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia Have excellent written and verbal skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally Are selfmotivated and able to work within strict time frames If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances What We Offer Excellent remuneration & employee benefits Flexible arrangements work from home or from one of our conveniently located offices A comprehensive induction and thorough training in our case management systems Consistent workflow Retention bonus Ongoing support from our dedicated investigations support team Additional employee benefits for casual or permanent staff Why Procare?
