About The Role Resolve sales enquiries via branch, phone, and email. Build engaging relationships with customers and internal stakeholders daily. Process and dataentry of customer orders and quotes, handling endtoend interactions. Provide product information and crosssell where appropriate. Ensure customer requests are actioned timely within allocated timeframes. To Be Successful, You Will Have Previous experience in a sales or customerservice environment. Ability to work unsupervised in a small team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy with Excel and Word. Strong timemanagement skills and a solutionfocused approach to problem solving. Safety minded and promotes safety within the branch.
