About the Opportunity Carbal Medical Services is looking for Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioners to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis, based in either Toowoomba or Warwick, QLD. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer and Clinical Lead, you will deliver culturally safe, patient-focused, and evidence-based healthcare. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to shaping Carbal''s high-performing, community-led medical model. This role is best suited to VR GPs who can commence with minimal to no supervision. Responsibilities Providing high-quality, evidence-based primary health care services Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Delivering culturally safe and trauma-informed care to a diverse patient population Participating in preventative health programs and health promotion Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Aboriginal Health Workers, and Allied Health Supporting care continuity and integrated care pathways Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives For fellowship-qualified GPs: supervise registrars and contribute to growth of training programs Option to develop a special interest with organisational support.
