Company Highlights Strong Financially Stable Company Friendly Team Environment Kewdale Location What you''ll be doing: Greeting visitors and providing a warm professional welcome Answering and directing calls with efficiency and care Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the team Maintaining reception and office areas to a high standard Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail What we''re looking for: Current drivers licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A friendly professional and proactive approach Previous admin / reception experience. Minimum of 5 years experience within an administration / clerical role. Experience in a mechanical service type business is desirable. Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Excel PowerPoint and Word Previous experience in a fast pace working environment. Proven experience with dealing with both internal and external customers.
