Reporting to the Operations Manager, you''ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services and achieve contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications and special school projects.What Youll Do (key responsibilities)This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:Supervise and coordinate daily site operations including cleaning, grounds keeping, and general maintenanceEnsure all works are completed safely and to The Downer StandardConduct routine inspections, stocktakes, and audits to ensure compliance with service agreementsWhat Youll Bring (experience required)Previous experience in site, facility, or contractor management (desirable)Background in maintenance, cleaning, or building operations (desirable)Understanding of OH&S regulations.Current Drivers License (mandatory)Good communication and interpersonal skillsPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasksMore than anything, youll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.Why Downer?At Downer, we plan, create, and sustain essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
