Job Description Reporting to The Depot Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities: Ensuring safe & efficient shunting activities Perform assigned duties in accordance with SCT Rails policies and work instructions. Commitment to safety in the workplace Ensure compliance with all of SCTs OHS policies, procedures and applicable state and federal legislation A strong customer focus orientation Be able to work in a team environment and in some cases unsupervised Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate : Shunting & Train Driving Qualifications. Good interpersonal and communication skills Current Track Access Permit (TAP) Valid C Class Drivers License A strong commitment to safety. Be reasonably fit and agile to meet the demands of the job.
