Since opening in December 2021, the venue has established itself as a must-visit destination. We are seeking a full-time Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join our leadership team and play a hands-on role in daily operations.The RoleReporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day service of the restaurant, bar and events team, while supporting a passionate team of hospitality professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading, coaching and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.Supervising operational team members on shift.Assist with rostering and team movement to assist with trade flow.Driving beverage and food service standards with attention to detail.Managing customer interactions and resolving feedback confidently.Open and close the venue in line with daily operational requirements on various shifts.Overseeing cash handling and compliance requirements.Ensuring safety and service standards are consistently maintained.Fostering a positive, customer-focused culture across the team.You AreEnergetic, hands-on and passionate about food, beverage and hospitality.Experienced in a supervisory or team leader role within restaurants, bars or hotels.A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with both customers and team members.Calm, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A natural leader who inspires performance, teamwork and high service standards.Flexible and committed, with availability across a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.RSA trained with a current and valid competency card.Whats in it for You?A rotating roster 4 days on, 3 off.The chance to work in one of the most breathtaking coastal locations in NSW.Ongoing training and professional development.Competitive remuneration and uniforms provided.The opportunity to be part of a passionate team delivering exciting food and beverage experiences.Our business is committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
