About 4Cyte Pathology 4Cyte Pathology is an Australian owned and operated private pathology laboratory. About the role We are looking for experienced Pathology Collectors to service the Silverdale, NSW and surrounding areas. Casual positions available. Primary duties Take blood and other specimens from patients, including performing ECGs and Holter monitoring. Processing of pathology specimens. Clerical duties and process paperwork. Work alone and participate in weekend roster at any collection centre. Communicate with the team, referring doctors and patients. Provide dedication to patient care and service delivery. Demonstrate organisation and problemsolving skills. Prioritise and work under pressure. Skills and experience Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method. Experience in ECGs and Holter monitors. Basic computer skills. Own car and current driver licence. Ability to work alone and participate in weekend roster. Ability to communicate with team, referring doctors and patients. Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery. Ability to demonstrate organisation and problemsolving skills. Ability to prioritise and work under pressure. Requirements Current Working With Children (WWC) check clearance required on commencement.
