Associate Dentist (Part-Time to Full-Time) - High-Tech Family Clinic Najmi Dental is a thriving, high-tech, family-owned dental clinic located within Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre. Due to our Principal Dentist''s fully booked schedule and exceptional patient demand, we are expanding our close-knit team. We are a 2-chair practice looking for an Associate Dentist to join us. This is an initial part-time position with a clear and rapid path to full-time hours for the right candidate. Required Days: Flexible Preferred Days: Thursday late nights + Saturdays Why Join Us? Preferred Providers: We are preferred providers for NIB & CBHS. About Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for a long-term addition to our family team. The ideal candidate will be: Clinically Confident: Minimum 5+ years'' experience with demonstrated confidence across all aspects of general dentistry. Team-Oriented & Respectful: You must have a proven ability to work collaboratively and treat all team members, including DAs and reception, with respect. Confident with Treatment Planning: You must be skilled at performing comprehensive examinations, formulating full treatment plans, and clearly communicating the value of high-quality care to patients. Personable: You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust. Highly Desirable Skills: Experience in orthodontics (aligners) and/or implants is a significant advantage.
