This is a significant and strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced educator who will contribute to wholeschool strategy, culture, and educational direction.ResponsibilitiesProvide academic leadership for the Preparatory School (P6) and contribute to wholeschool strategy, culture, and educational direction.Oversee pastoral care, staff development, and the cultivation of a positive organisational culture within the Preparatory School.Collaborate with the School Executive and other campuses to articulate and embed Trinitys ethos in daily life.Model integrity, wisdom, and relational leadership to staff, students, and families.OrganisationTrinity Grammar School is an independent, highfee, Anglican school in Sydney.
