The role As Early Learning Centre Coordinator / Manager, youll lead the centres next phase of growth, building on a strong foundation and guiding a young, multicultural team with empathy and clarity. Youll be responsible for: Leading day-to-day operations of the long day care service Acting as Nominated Supervisor (and Educational Leader when required) Mentoring and supporting educators through change and development Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement Managing budgets, utilisation, quality, and community relationships Supporting future growth and expansion of the service About you Youre an experienced early childhood leader who balances compliance with compassion. You lead calmly, inclusively, and collaboratively bringing people with you rather than directing from above.
