This is a key leadership role for a commercially focused and peopleoriented operator who can drive performance, strengthen systems, and lead multidisciplinary teams through a period of continued national expansion. The role Reporting to the CEO, this role oversees the firms operational functions spanning finance, technology, HR, marketing, business development, and administration. The Head of Operations will partner closely with senior leadership to improve efficiency, support growth initiatives, and align operational frameworks with strategic goals. This role will suit a calm, credible professional who combines commercial acumen with a collaborative, lowego style and an ability to lead through influence. Key Responsibilities Lead operational excellence across finance, IT, HR, marketing, BD, and administration functions. Strengthen systems, reporting, and governance to support sustainable growth. Partner with senior leaders to execute strategic priorities and improve firmwide performance. Build and mentor a highperforming operations team focused on service, quality, and accountability. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and banking relationships. Drive process improvement, technology enablement, and datadriven decisionmaking. Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
