Were currently seeking experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Managers to lead our vibrant service in Newcastle, NSW. About the Role As a Centre Manager, youll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of passionate educators, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service. Plan and deliver engaging, ageappropriate programs. Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community. Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration. Youre a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism and care to everything you do. Qualifications and Requirements A valid NSW Working With Children Check. A National Criminal History Clearance Certificate valid within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain). Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Mandatory Child Protection Training Certificate. First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Right to work in Australia. Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings. Knowledge of NQF & My Time, Our Place framework. Strong communication and organisational skills.
