Our North Shore Sales team is seeking an experienced Retail Centre Manager to lead our Artarmon multibrand retail site, representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal, and Foton. In this pivotal role, you will take full accountability for site performance, customer experience, and team leadership, driving commercial outcomes while delivering a seamless, premium customer journey across sales, Finance & Insurance, and vehicle delivery in a dynamic, multibrand environment. What youll do: Oversee retail centre operations, ensuring full accountability for P&L, KPIs, compliance, and customer experience standards. Drive sales performance through optimised instore conversion, customer engagement, and marketing activations. Lead and develop the Customer Experience team, fostering a highperformance culture and exceptional service delivery. Manage stock, pricing, and presentation, collaborating with key departments to maintain premium standards across vehicles and facilities. Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and OEM compliance, meeting all regulatory and business requirements. Champion continuous improvement, enhancing processes, team capability, and overall customer experience.
