With longterm funding, repeat investors, and a consistent deployment mandate, the platform is positioned as a reliable provider of realestate capital to sophisticated borrowers. Active, repeat lender in the Australian commercial realestate market, with an established track record across multiple cycles. Broad product capability, enabling transactions to be structured across senior, stretch senior, mezzanine, and wholeofcapital solutions. Typical transaction size of $30m to $300m, with flexibility to scale structures to suit borrower needs rather than forcefit a product. Centralised credit and execution teams providing consistency, rigour, and speed from approval through to settlement. A measured, commercial credit culture that balances risk discipline with pragmatic dealmaking. The opportunity Lead new deal origination across Victoria, building and converting a highquality pipeline of proprietary and intermediated opportunities. Originate, structure, and negotiate transactions from initial engagement through credit approval and execution. Work closely with senior investment and credit decisionmakers, with direct input into deal structuring and outcomes. Engage with developers, sponsors, brokers, and advisors as a longterm capital partner rather than a transactional lender. Represent the platform inmarket, strengthening brand presence and deepening access to repeat and referraldriven opportunities. Who will succeed A senior originator with 1020 years experience in private credit, nonbank lending, banking, or realestate finance. Strong and active networks across the Victorian commercial property market. Demonstrated experience originating and closing transactions in the $30m+ range. High level of commercial judgement across structuring, pricing, and risk assessment. Selfdirected, marketfacing, and motivated by building sustainable deal flow.
