As our Rostering Support Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent rostering practices, optimising workforce planning, and supporting Residential Care teams across multiple locations.You will work closely with the Head of Centralised Rostering in uplifting, coaching and mentoring a regionally dispersed team of Rosterers. Some regional travel to our facilities throughout New South Wales and the ACT will be required.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will be :Providing real-time support and troubleshooting for rostering systems (UKG Dimensions)Collaborate on workforce planning and workload plannersMonitor key metrics like open shifts, overtime, and agency useDeliver training and maintain rostering guides and knowledge articlesLead and support rostering partners when requiredAnalyse data to optimise staffing and improve efficiencyDrive continuous improvement and represent RSL LifeCare at industry eventsEnsure compliance with WHS policies and maintain a safe work environmentTo succeed in this role, our expectations are that you will bring :Strong experience in workforce planning and roster management (preferably in aged care or public health)Proven leadership in rostering teamsCompassionate and relationship-focused approachKnowledge of aged care legislation and Fair Work ActExpertise in UKG Dimensions and data analysisExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsTertiary qualifications in HR, Finance, Healthcare Management or similar will be well regardedSome Points to note :The Centralised Rostering Team (CRT) operate from 0600-2000 Monday to Friday.
