You''ll be part of a team that values collaboration, development, and you''ll contribute to projects that make a real difference for our city.The role is hybrid based in Hove Town Hall, with a blend of office based and home working to be agreed.The procurement team is split into 4 categories:City Services and Infrastructure contractsCorporate, IT&D and professional service contractsHealth and Social Care contractsHousing and property contractsThe role is varied and will give you the opportunity to lead on procurement activities across multiple categories to secure the goods, works and services that most appropriately address the identified needs of our customers, residents and partners.The outcome of your work will be contracts that are delivered in full compliance with the council''s contract standing orders and regulations, and deliver best value for the Council, not only in terms of cost, but also by maximising social and environmental benefits.About YouWe welcome applicants from a range of commercial backgrounds and encourage diversity in our team.
