Renowned Global Aircraft Manufacturer | State-of-the-Art Adelaide Airport HQ Our client, Pilatus Aircraft Australia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swiss-based Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. and serves as the primary gateway for Pilatus aircraft in Australia and the surrounding region. Providing localised sales, support and training services that align with the organisation''s global mission to deliver innovative, high-quality aircraft with world-class customer care, Pilatus Aircraft Australia offers end-to-end services. In the business aviation sector this includes marketing, sales, delivery, support, maintenance and flight operations for their valuable PC-12 and PC-24 customers, including the Royal Flying Doctor Service. In the government aviation sector this covers delivery of engineering, logistics and maintenance support of both the Singaporean and Australian Air Forces who train their pilots on the world leading PC-21 aircraft. The CFO & Vice President, Business Support is a critical role available to an accomplished executive who brings not only deep financial acumen, but the ability to collaborate and contribute with a whole-of-business mindset as a member of the Executive Management Team (EMT). Responsible for elevating financial excellence, operational performance and organisational scalability, the role oversees daytoday financial operations as well as business support functions comprising HR, payroll, facilities, ICT and enterprisewide systems, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance across the organisation in line with financial and industry standards. As a trusted advisor, the role partners with the CEO and other members of the EMT, delivering boardlevel insights, guiding major investment decisions and helping steer the organisation through its next phase of strategic growth. This role demands an experienced, dynamic and truly influential leader with deep financial expertise and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. You will excel in uplifting efficiency, embedding process improvements and driving organisational transformation with confidence, clarity and insight. Strategic, transparent, ethical and commercially astute, you will combine longterm vision with practical, handson leadership and the credibility, judgement and presence needed to influence at executive and board levels while fostering a culture of excellence. Relevant tertiary qualifications along with CA membership are essential, bringing a high level of technical rigour to the position. Experience within the Aviation sector is considered highly desirable, yet not essential.
