What You''ll Be Doing Providing legal advice, casework, and representation in areas such as family law, tenancy, traffic matters, and family violence. Acting as Duty Lawyer in Broken Hill and surrounding circuits. Outreach work travel (with full team support) to towns like Wilcannia, Menindee, Ivanhoe, and White Cliffs, building relationships where access to justice matters most. Contributing to community legal education, advocacy, and law reform initiatives. Collaborating closely with social services, health workers, and community partners to create holistic outcomes. About You Eligible for (or currently hold) a NSW Practising Certificate. Around 12+ years postadmission experience (Generalist experience ideal). Confident in court especially in family law, DV, and advocacy work. Resilient, independent, and motivated by purposedriven work. Comfortable managing your own caseload in a fastpaced environment.
