This is more than just a kitchen leadership role its an opportunity to enrich lives through food. Roster & Salary: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm, circa $85,000 Retention bonus of $1,500 at 3 months and a further $1,500 at 6 months Job Description What youll do Lead and inspire a dedicated catering team to deliver high-quality, flavoursome meals Plan and execute seasonal menus that meet residents tastes, preferences, and dietary needs Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant food safety regulations Manage budgets, ordering, and rostering while maintaining cost-efficiency Build strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team Desired Skills And Experience What were looking for Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership role in aged care A genuine passion for food and the joy it brings to people Strong knowledge of aged care catering requirements, including IDDSI and specialised diets Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to compliance Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills What''s in it for you Competitive salary and incentives (retention bonus) Structured leadership development program A suite of discounts across major companies Support around further training and personal development, licensing and accreditations On site car parking Who We Are We have a unique culture that can only be attributed to the people that work for us.
