Responsibilities Utilise functions of EduPay to maintain accurate employee information and monitor attendance. Ensure that the school is compliant with, and staff are provided with correct advice in relation to DET employee and employment policies, through detailed and current knowledge of relevant policies. Utilise functions of Recruitment Online (ROL) to manage the recruitment of staff. Process School''s Local Payroll. Process Compass Pay. Proficiently use all aspects CASES21 accounts receivable, including family receipts and payments, together with a working knowledge of sundry debtor and creditor functions. Complete Bank Reconciliation daily. Assist with Accounts Payable. Process refunds & credits identified from Event Reconciliations. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of CASES 21 Financial package for accounts payable and receivable. Preparation of School Council agendas and packages and attend School Council meetings. Communicate effectively with a range of people and liaise effectively with the school community, the Department and other government agencies & service providers. Develop and manage the work practices of the Administration Staff to provide the efficient delivery of financial services. Engage in ongoing professional development relevant to the position.
