About the Role An exciting full-time permanent opportunity now exists for an experienced,dynamicand forward-thinking Centre Director to lead Torrensville Community Childcare Centre into its next chapter of excellence. Reporting to the Executive Manager Services (UCWB), you willthrive on building relationships, elevating practicesand shaping a cohesive, contemporary early learning environment whilst providing transformational leadership across a team of approximately 20 educators working across four rooms. Supported by the Assistant Director, Administrator and broader UCWB leadership & Quality teams, thisrole is suited to an energetic, organised, emotionally intelligent and action-orientated Director who can inspire, mentor and bring out the best in others. The first 12to 18 months will focus onembedding strong educational programs andconsistent practice, conducting a skill gap analysis anddesigning staff development pathways, strengthening systems, routines, organisational structureand enhancing community connections and family engagement.
