Depending on your level of experience, you will either step into the role as a Master Technician, taking the lead on the most complex work, OR join as a Senior Technician with the opportunity to develop into a Master Technician through manufacturer-accredited training and ongoing support. Either way, youll represent technical excellence, customer assurance, and brand integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical and electronic systemsTroubleshoot challenging faults using manufacturer-approved tools, software, and technical dataKeep up to date with manufacturer updates, emerging technologies, and EV/ADAS systemsMentor and support junior technicians and apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practicesEnsure all work meets group and manufacturer standards, health and safety regulations, and workshop quality benchmarksAccurately maintain records of work carried out and communicate effectively with the wider teamContribute to workshop efficiency, decision-making, and technical problem-solvingAbout You What Were Looking ForYou may already be a Master Technician, or you may be an experienced Senior Technician ready to take that next step in your career.
