You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community. Staff to commence January 2026 or immediately at nearby services. Support the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team. Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations. Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the wellbeing of children, staff, and stakeholders. Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan. Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our services professional identity. About You Bachelors in Early Childhood and Care, or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation. Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework. Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred). Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).
