Corin is seeking a Warehouse Store Person to join our dedicated Warehouse Team based out of our Sydney warehouse located in Pymble.This full-time role is responsible for supporting our surgeon customers in the packing and delivery of complex instrument kits required for orthopaedic surgeries. It involves working closely with internal and external customers to ensure correct management of orthopaedic loan sets so they can be effectively picked, packed, and dispatched in full and on time.The key responsibilities of the Warehouse Store Person include:Working closely with customer service and sales staff, and effectively communicating with Hospital CSSD, Operating Theatre, and Surgeons.Maintaining and updating surgeon preferences as requested by Sales Staff to ensure correct information for kit supply.Taking bookings from customers and sales staff.Using SAGE and WebOps systems to keep accurate records of stock inventory movements, dispatch, and returns.Packing and dispatching items to locations in Australia and abroad (e.g., returns, workshop kits, marketing materials, new consignments, product orders).What we are looking for in our Warehouse Store Person:We are a small, fast-growing team passionate about customer service and support.
