Qualified Lead Educators and Educators - BRAND NEW CENTRE Beaudesert Kids Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built, Reggio Emilia inspired centre. It is set to be a vibrant, engaging place where children can explore, discover, and thrive. This beautifully designed centre boasts 6 amazing studios, each thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse needs and imaginations of children. A true highlight of our centre is the Reggiane and Belvedere studios, both featuring magical loft spaces that are designed to encourage exploration and imaginative play. These lofts create exciting nooks for children to retreat to, read, or simply let their imaginations soar as they engage with the rich learning environment around them. Beyond the studios, the centre is designed to ensure that both children and educators feel supported and inspired. The generous-sized staff retreat provides a peaceful space for our dedicated team to recharge and collaborate. We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! Qualifications and Requirements Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children Take pride in the presentation of the centre MUST hold a Cert III OR Diploma in Children''s Services (or be working towards*) Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines) What''s in it for you?
