About the Role Supporting clients in the community by providing social support, transport, shopping assistance and meaningful outings. Delivering personal care with dignity and helping clients stay independent at home through domestic support, meal preparation and reliable companionship. What we are looking for A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST. Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training. Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable; current nursing students will also be considered. Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable. A valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle is a MUST. Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
