Food and Beverage Attendant Hyatt Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants About the Role As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will contribute to, and assist the team with the efficient running of the department according to Hyatt International brand standards. Your role will involve providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times while setting rooms and serving food & beverages to guests, maximizing guest satisfaction. Working in a team, you will support the Manager in daytoday operations and help the team achieve our purpose. This varied and dynamic role offers a chance to develop your hospitality career within an international company, either in Australia or overseas. Key Responsibilities Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Take food and drink orders and deliver them to guest rooms as required. Provide excellent service to guests and internal customers in other departments. Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Establish rapport with guests and maintain good customer relationships. Recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives. Qualifications Previous food & beverage experience in a hotel environment or similar fastpaced setting. Valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and timemanagement skills. Ability to create a positive first impression and understand 5star grooming standards. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
