About the Role Are you a versatile operator with a strong safety mindset and experience across mining and civil construction projects? Were looking for MultiSkilled Operators to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of key infrastructure and resource projects. What Youll Be Doing Operating a variety of heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, rollers, and haul trucks. Conducting daily prestart checks and reporting equipment issues. Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet project targets. Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and teamwork. What Were Looking For Valid plant operator tickets (RIIMPO or equivalent). HR or MR drivers licence (desirable). Minimum 2 years experience in mining or civil construction. Solid understanding of WHS practices and site procedures. Flexibility to work across different machines and tasks as needed. A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
