Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable! Responsibilities Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable. Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance guests experience. Deliver topnotch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable. Manage duties from the first pour of the day to the final lockup, maintaining high standards throughout. Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able. Perform manual handling tasks such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries safely and efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements Natural at welcoming people and attentive to details. Teamplayer with motivation to create magic for guests and teammates. Valid RSA/RSG certificate and flexible availability. Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.
