Due to company expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Yard Hand with a HR license in Muchea. About the Role The role will see you driving to various suppliers within the Metro area & also to projects in Southwest WA as a HOTSHOT run, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be collecting materials + freight and unloading in our Muchea Yard ready for our Northwest and Southwest trucks with general Yard Hand duties, not limited to washing plant + equipment and keeping the yard and storage areas clean. You will need to be physically fit, be committed to enforcing safety standards and requirements, be hard working, reliable & punctual, and be able to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Self-loading & unloading of trucks for deliveries. Good rapport with suppliers. Keeping the truck clean and in good order. Preventative maintenance. Pre-delivery checklist on truck daily. Yard duties in case of no deliveries or pick-up schedules. Skills & Experience HR Drivers license. Drivers Medical (HOTSHOT Driving). White Card. Practical handson experience. Strong safety attitude & awareness. Mechanically minded. Team player with effective communication skills. Benefits Competitive hourly rate package plus super.
